Terms of use

By using 4livo.com, you accept these terms. 4Livo is published by SVZET S.R.L., a company registered in Romania. Its full details are on our contact page.

General information, not advice

Our guides explain how things generally work in the United States. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they cannot tell you what applies to your own situation. Reading 4Livo or writing to us does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any other professional relationship.

For decisions about your own case, talk to a licensed attorney, a representative accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice, a qualified tax professional or a health care provider.

Always check the official source

Rules, fees, forms and deadlines change, sometimes without notice. We review our guides on a schedule and show the dates on every guide, but we cannot promise that a guide is complete or current at the moment you read it. Before you act, especially before you file a form, pay a fee or count on a deadline, check the official source linked in the guide.

Not a government website

4Livo is not affiliated with USCIS, the U.S. Department of State or any other government agency. Official USCIS forms are free to download from uscis.gov, and a federal government website address ends in .gov. If a website charges you for a blank form, read Scams that target newcomers.

Links to other websites

Our guides link to official websites and other sources. We are not responsible for the content of websites we do not run.

Using our content

The text, design and logo of 4Livo belong to SVZET S.R.L. You are welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back to the guide. Please do not copy whole guides or republish them.

Limits of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, SVZET S.R.L. is not responsible for loss or damage that results from decisions made on the basis of the general information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms
