The short version

  • 4Livo has no accounts, forms, comments or newsletter.
  • 4Livo does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking.
  • Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the website and protect it.
  • If you email us, we use your message only to answer it and to fix our guides.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data processed through 4livo.com is SVZET S.R.L., Calea Unirii 36, Suceava, Suceava County, Romania (Trade Register number J2024027829000, fiscal code 50642589). You can reach us at contact@4livo.com.

When you visit the website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, and the page you asked for. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this data on our behalf to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse.

  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the GDPR).
  • Transfers outside the EU: Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. It states that it is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and that it uses standard contractual clauses for other international transfers.

We do not use this data to identify you or to build a profile of you.

When you email us

If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message.

  • Purpose: to answer you and, if you report a mistake, to correct the guide.
  • Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping our guides accurate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • How long we keep it: for as long as we need it to deal with your message, and no longer than 12 months after our conversation ends.

Please do not send us identity numbers, immigration documents or information about your health. We do not need them to answer you.

Our guides link to official websites and other sources. When you follow a link, the other website’s own privacy policy applies.

Children

4Livo is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct it;
  • delete it;
  • limit how we use it;
  • stop using it, when we rely on our legitimate interest.

To use these rights, write to contact@4livo.com. We answer within one month. We apply the same rights to every visitor, wherever you live.

You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro), or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.

Changes to this notice

If 4Livo adds new features, such as accounts or newsletters, we will update this notice before they go live and change the date at the top of the page.
